My experience with our Realtor was really good.  My major complaint is: I am a first time homebuyer and I don't believe that all inspections were performed or even made known to my husband and I. Well, we were in the house for 4 nights when we came home and the gas company was at our new home and had shut off the gas as there was a major gas leak at the house and it would have to be repaired before the gas would be turned on again.  This had caused us a lot of trouble.  We love the house, but after spending over $18000.00 out of pocket, to have to pay more for something that could probably have been caught and handled prior to closing, I am not happy.

I would say that it was a good overall experience. I had some doubts at first but those were laid to rest. So I am happy with my experience I really like how our house was posted on all the online venues. A lot of houses are only on one or two sites ours was everywhere. I only wish that there was an open house. Also the pictures at first were poor but once we brought it up new pictures were taken and posted in a timely fashion.
